CCE Terms of Service

Eligibility

Users must be 16 years of age or older.
By using CCE, each user represents and warrants that they are 16 or older.
CCE reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to belong to a minor.

A CCE account is tied entirely to the user’s Discord account through OAuth.
The user is solely responsible for the security of their Discord account.
Account sharing and account selling are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

CCE operates a zero-tolerance policy for cheating in any form.
Prohibited conduct includes using aimbots, wallhacks, macros, or any unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in Apex Legends.
Prohibited conduct includes exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior within Apex Legends or the CCE platform.
Prohibited conduct includes collusion, match fixing, or deliberate manipulation of match outcomes or MMR.
CCE administrators have full discretion to investigate suspected cheating and to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account without prior warning if cheating is determined to have occurred.
Banned accounts immediately and permanently forfeit all CCE Tokens, Battle Pass progress, giveaway entries, Priority Queue access, and any pending prize eligibility.
CCE’s determination regarding cheating violations is final and non-appealable at CCE’s sole discretion.
CCE may share evidence of cheating with Respawn Entertainment or EA where appropriate, although CCE is not affiliated with either entity.

No account sharing or account selling.
No harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, or threats toward other users or CCE staff.
No unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools may be used against CCE systems.
No attempts to circumvent bans or suspensions through alternate Discord accounts.

Prize eligibility requires full compliance with all platform rules and these Terms at the time of payout.
Free tier: weekly SQL leaderboard prize pool of $200 with TOP 15 player payout.
CCE Plus tier: weekly SQL leaderboard prize pool of $500 with TOP 25 player payout.
Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on winnings.
CCE reserves the right to verify winner identity before disbursing any prize.
CCE is not affiliated with Respawn Entertainment or Electronic Arts.

CCE reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any ladder, queue event, or special event at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Cancellations may occur for any reason, including low player count, server or platform outages, technical issues with Apex Legends or third-party services, or any other circumstance CCE deems appropriate.
Cancelled events do not pay out any prize pool, and CCE is under no obligation to award or disburse prizes for a cancelled event.
For a ladder to be considered complete, at least 8 games must be played within the 4-hour ladder window. If fewer than 8 games are played, CCE may treat the event as cancelled and no prizes will be awarded.

By creating an account, users consent to receive transactional emails, including subscription receipts, prize notifications, and match results.
By creating an account, users also consent to receive marketing emails, including event announcements, tournament reminders, and platform updates.
Users may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email.
Transactional emails cannot be opted out of because they are required for platform operation.

CCE Plus is a recurring subscription priced at $15.99 per billing period. It is not a one-time purchase.

By subscribing, the user authorizes CCE to charge their payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing, and Premium benefits end immediately upon cancellation — an active subscription is required to retain Premium benefits.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any current or past billing period once a subscription period has begun, except in the case of a documented duplicate charge or verified payment processor error.
By completing a purchase, the user explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid, non-duplicate subscription charge constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account termination.
CCE reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice to subscribers by email.

Priority Queue: Premium subscribers are always prioritized ahead of free users in matchmaking queues.
Bigger Prizes: Premium subscribers compete for a $500 weekly SQL prize pool with TOP 25 payout, compared with the free tier $200 pool with TOP 15 payout.
Premium Support: Front-of-line support with priority response times.
CCE reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue individual CCE Plus benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

CCE owns all rights to the platform, its software, branding, and content.
CCE is not affiliated with Respawn Entertainment or Electronic Arts.
Users grant CCE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their username and in-game statistics on the platform for matchmaking, leaderboard, and promotional purposes.

The platform is provided “as is,” without any warranty of uptime or uninterrupted service.
CCE is not responsible for issues arising from Apex Legends, Discord outages, or third-party policy changes.
If CCE Plus benefits are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, this does not entitle the user to a refund.

CCE’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to CCE in the 12 months preceding the claim.
CCE is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Users expressly waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CCE.

CCE reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or conduct CCE deems harmful to the platform or its community.
Upon permanent termination for a Terms violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
CCE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
