CCE Plus is a recurring digital subscription service priced at $15.99 per billing period. CCE Plus is not a one-time purchase item.
Final Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a subscription period has begun, no refund will be issued for that billing period under any circumstances except the limited duplicate-charge or payment-processor-error exception described below.
Immediate Digital Delivery
CCE Plus delivers immediate access to digital benefits upon subscription activation, including Priority Queue, larger prize pool eligibility, and Premium Support. By subscribing, the user consents to immediate delivery of these digital benefits and explicitly waives any applicable withdrawal or cooling-off rights.
Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and Premium benefits end immediately upon cancellation — an active subscription is required to retain Premium benefits. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of the current period.
Sole Exception
The sole exception to this policy is a documented duplicate charge or verified payment processor error. These issues are corrected case by case and do not represent a general refund entitlement.
Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, non-duplicate subscription charge is a breach of the Terms of Service and will result in immediate permanent account termination. CCE reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
Bans and ToS Violations
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations forfeit any remaining subscription period with no refund.
Event Cancellations
A cancelled ladder, queue event, or special event is not a basis for refunding CCE Plus subscription fees. Premium is a recurring subscription that delivers its benefits immediately on activation, and this final-sale policy continues to apply regardless of any event cancellation.
