Data Collection
- Discord OAuth data collected at login: Discord user ID, username, discriminator, avatar, and email address.
- Gameplay and match statistics obtained through the Apex Legends LiveAPI on a read-only, server-side basis.
- Payment data: CCE does not store payment card data. Card handling is performed entirely by the payment processor. CCE receives transaction confirmation and payer identity information needed to operate subscriptions, receipts, and prize-related records.
- Server-side technical data including IP addresses, session data, request timestamps, authentication timestamps, and security logs.
- Session cookies only, used to support Discord OAuth authentication and platform sessions.
How Data Is Used
- To calculate MMR and operate matchmaking.
- To form trios and assign users to automated private lobbies.
- To process prize payouts and verify winner identity before disbursement.
- To send transactional emails, including purchase confirmations, subscription receipts, prize notifications, and match results.
- To send marketing and promotional emails, including tournament announcements, event reminders, and platform updates. Users are opted in by default and may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in each marketing email.
- To identify accounts and authenticate users through Discord OAuth.
Data Sharing
- Discord acts as the OAuth provider. Discord’s privacy policy governs Discord’s own collection and handling of information.
- The payment processor receives payment information solely for transaction processing, fraud prevention, receipts, and subscription billing.
- CCE does not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party.
- CCE does not use third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels.
California Privacy Rights
California users may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related California privacy laws.
- Right to know what personal data CCE collects and how it is used.
- Right to request deletion of personal data. Deletion requests result in account termination because Discord OAuth identity, MMR, queue, match, and account data are required to operate CCE.
- Right to opt out of sale of personal data. CCE does not sell personal data.
- Right to opt out of marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.

COPPA and Minors
CCE is strictly for users who are 16 years of age or older. CCE does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If CCE discovers that a minor has created or used an account, the account will be immediately terminated and the associated personal data will be deleted.
Cookie Policy
- CCE uses strictly necessary session cookies for Discord OAuth authentication and platform sessions.
- CCE does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
- You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
- Disabling cookies will prevent login from functioning because CCE relies on Discord OAuth session cookies for authentication.
Discord OAuth Disclosure
identify scope
Provides Discord user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar. CCE uses this information for account creation, login, matchmaking identity, leaderboard display, and platform security.
email scope
Provides your Discord account email address. CCE uses this email for transactional communications and marketing communications, subject to unsubscribe rights for marketing messages.
Data Retention
- CCE retains account and gameplay data for the duration of the account’s existence.
- Upon account termination or a verified deletion request sent to [email protected], personal data is deleted within 30 days.
- Payment, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records may be retained longer where required by law.
